Hello, lovely brains!

I’m Elizabeth Pinborough, a brain injury survivor and poet. This newsletter began as a place where I could share creative inspiration from brain injury land.

That’s still a part of this, but as my brain has healed I’m now able to take on more ambitious projects, like reading Jane Austen’s Persuasion through the lens of the brain or designing a planner to help people manage their brain energy and creativity throughout the day.

Each brain needs something different, and I’ve found that a lot of brains that don’t operate within the norm are left scrambling. I aim to offer new perspectives that help your unique brain feel at home in the world and also to provide tools to help us all deal with life a little better.
